Nika and her team did an excellent job of selling our home. It was clear to us when we first met with Nika that she was extremely well educated on our neighborhood and comparable neighborhoods throughout the metro area. She very quickly did detailed research on comparable homes on the market and identified the differentiators for our home to advertise around. Nika also did a great job of marketing our home, from the fabulous photos, the great description, open house, etc. We ultimately had an offer we were extremely happy with less than a week after putting the home on the market. She stayed very engaged and was quick to answer all of our questions all the way up to (and after) our closing date. We could not be more happy and would recommend her to anybody in the Detroit metro area!

Nika and Her team did a great job for me and my company. I am not an easy client and my expectations are high and She and her team met and exceeded all of them. She did a great job rolling out the property onto the MLS, Pictures, social media posts and strong relationships within her field sold my property in 2 days. She was carful not overpromise or give me false expectations. While Negotiating the sale she watched for my liabilities in the transaction and helped me make sound decisions to make things as sooth as possible. after closing she kept in touch and made sure all obligations of the sale were completed and closed out. She will be selling my next property and I would recommend Nika & Co to anyone looking to buy or sell.

If you are trying to sell a condo in Detroit these days, hire Nika and Co. They are 🔥when it comes to navigating the headwinds in this tough market. Nika came in with dogged determination, and followed up with a flurry of showings, promotions, etc. As a result, she suggested it might take 6 months to a year and they did it in 3.5 months! They found us a great buyer who is ecstatic, and we got a fair price. Win-win!

We worked with Lindsay on the sale of our Detroit home in Historic Indian Village and we had the most seamless stress free experience. From the very beginning she was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable in walking us through comps and what to expect throughout the process. The open house was above and beyond our wildest expectations!! After only 6 days on market we accepted an offer at full asking! Lindsay’s guidance and extensive expertise on old homes throughout the inspection and appraisal made a typically stressful and anxious process a breeze!! Even after our sale, Lindsay handled small final requests from the title company, which is a testament to her attention to detail and her commitment to her clients! I cannot recommend her enough!!
